Rates
Direct booking gives you an opportunity to save hundreds over Airbnb and Vrbo rates, because we do not have to charge our guests their platform fees. You are still required to pay taxes, but they are included in the below quoted weekly rental rates. Our published rates are subject to change without notice, and prices quoted on this page cannot be guaranteed. Please call to confirm the rate for your desired date(s).

Below Rates Include:
  • Saturday to Saturday - 7 day rental
  • all fees - Cleaning fee, linen fee, taxes, plus beach towels, chairs, cooler and umbrella
  • Access to local property manager

There will be an additional, refundable damage deposit of $300 not included with the below listed pricing. Damage deposits are refunded within 14 days of departure, provided there is no property damage.

1. High Season: Mid May (17th) to mid August (16th), 2025
2. Spring Season: April to May 16th, 2024
3. Fall Season: August 17th - October 25th, 2025. Three day minimums may be available after after Labor Day

High Season: $2600 week Saturday to Saturday
Spring and Fall Seasons: $2000 week for Saturday to Saturday
